Assets
Inventory
CES will inventory all items before any removal or disposal. All estate assets will be documented and a detailed report will be provided; this may include, conditions, locations, and value reports. Each estate is unique and the level of such service will be provided to meet the requirements of said property.
Appraisal
If the estate contains antiques, jewelry, or other valuables, we will have a professional valuation of the items. These items may include but are not limited to art, vehicles, jewelry, collections and business equipment. This ensures a fair market value is attained if they are sold.
3D documentation of the property
CES will provide a virtual recording of the home that can be provided for remote viewing, and aiding in asset dispersal.
Asset Disbursement
Asset Disbursement
CES will manage the process to distribute assets among beneficiaries, including options for selling or donating unwanted items. We provide creative and environmentally conscious solutions. We are committed to recycling, reusing and repurposing as many items as possible.
Dispersal of Vehicles
Management of the appraisal and distribution or sale of estate vehicles.
Digitizing Photos
CES can provide conversion of family photos and videos to digital formats for easy sharing and long-term storage.
Shipping / Storage of Assets
CES can arrange and coordinate secure storage solutions for assets during disputes or legal delays. This may also include booking & coordinating movers and moving supplies.
Security
Home Checks
Regular inspections to ensure compliance with insurance requirements and maintain property security. This may include but is not limited to interior and exterior inspections, checking on plumbing and furnaces, adjusting window coverings and lighting.
Locksmithing
Securing properties through re-keying, lock replacement, and security assessments.
Pest Control
Assessment and management of rodent and insect infestations to protect the estate's value.
Secure Shredding
On-site shredding and recycling of personal and irrelevant documents.
Maintenance
Deep Cleaning
Deep Cleaning: Once the estate is emptied, we can provide a thorough cleaning of the inside of the property.
Maintenance and Repairs
CES will coordinate home repairs and maintenance to prevent further damage and loss of value. This may include but is not limited to maintenance of heating, cooling, plumbing, roof and gutters. This can also include providing improvements, power washing, painting, landscaping and rubbish removal.
Coordinate and prepare the property for sale
CES will prepare the home for sale by cleaning the property inside and out in addition to staging with existing furniture and accessories, content removal, actioning minor improvements and hiring and coordinating with realtors for sale of property.
